1. Who we are

KiraLog is a cashflow-tracking Software-as-a-Service operated by Coveron Services (SSM 202203316505, business registration CT0115683-K), a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia, with its principal place of business at 142-21-02 Beacon, Jalan Sungai Pinang, 10150 Georgetown, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia. References to "KiraLog", "we", "us", or "our" mean that operating entity. References to "you" mean the account holder.

2. The service

KiraLog provides Telegram bots (@KiraLog_bot, @KiraLog_IN_bot, @KiraLog_OUT_bot), a web dashboard at app.kiralog.com, and PDF document generation (tax invoices, receipts, payment vouchers). Features available depend on your active subscription tier.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your Telegram account and login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate business information for tax invoice issuance. You may not use KiraLog to issue fraudulent invoices or misrepresent the nature of a transaction.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions run on 30-day rolling cycles, billed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via Chip (chip-in.asia) — FPX, DuitNow, Touch & Go eWallet, and major credit and debit cards are supported, subject to gateway availability for your card issuer. Upgrades are charged immediately at the prorated difference and restart the cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle — your plan stays active until that date.

Outside the cooling-off period described in our Refund policy, fees already paid for a completed billing cycle are not refundable.

If a payment fails, you receive a 7-day grace period with automatic retries on days 2, 4, and 6. If payment is not recovered, your account drops to the Free tier with the transaction counter reset to zero; your data remains accessible.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use KiraLog for illegal activity or to issue fraudulent documents.
Attempt to access another tenant's data or bypass row-level isolation.
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or place automated load on the service.
Resell access to KiraLog without our written consent.
Upload content that infringes third-party rights.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to KiraLog. You can export everything (CSV + JSON) at any time. We process your data to operate the service; we never train AI models on your content. See the Privacy policy for details on subprocessors, retention, and your rights.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance through the bot and dashboard. Telegram, our payment processor, and our hosting providers may also experience outages outside our control.

8. Liability

KiraLog is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by Malaysian consumer law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend accounts for violation of these terms with reasonable notice except in cases of abuse, fraud, or active security risk, where suspension may be immediate.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or through the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
